3. Avoid to much sun.  It's no secret that to much sun ages the skin.  It can cause wrinkled skin and spots on the skin.  When you do go out in the sun, wear a natural sunscreen with an SPF of at least 30. You can also wear hats, long sleeves and jeans (weather permitting) to protect your skin from the sun.

4. Drink Plenty of Water. You have probably the heard the old cliche', but water does a body good.  You should be drinking your fair share of water.  Our body needs water and as we get older, we become more susceptible to dehydration.  If your body is balanced with your water intake, you will have glowing skin.

5. Give your skin healthy ingredients.  You should eat a well-balanced diet with plenty of veggies and fruits.  You can also include health substances such as hemp, shea butter, other ingredients.
